41. Site requirements*

    Our exhibits and supplies are packed into a trailer, which is towed by a truck. We need minimum clearance of 72" high and 84" wide. Our vehicle must be able to pull up close to the designated set up spot so we can unload our equipment. All rentals require a minimum 20' by 20' open area. In addition, workshops require 4 - 6 tables for your guided activity. A typical classroom space is not adequate for the workshop. Lunch tables or folding tables are good options.

    We reserve the right to reschedule in case of inclement weather, if no indoor alternative is provided.
