About the Park

Constitution Plaza is an 0.55 acre urban open space located at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Whittier Boulevard. It serves as a memorial and an urban design feature marking the ends of Whittier Boulevard and Harbor Boulevard. It does not serve as a recreational park. There are 3 large flagpoles with park benches and landscaped planters.
