What types of temporary signs are permitted?

Temporary signs are permitted subject to certain restrictions. A temporary sign is either a banner or flag. One banner or one flag is permitted for a thirty (30) day period, three times per year. The temporary banner or flag must be on private property. The banner may not be attached to any on-site landscaping. No human signs are permitted.
