Summer is almost here, and that means FUN, new friends and exciting adventures!  Sign up for La Habra Active Day Camp, an 11-week summer day camp for kids ages 4-12 years old, that will meet Monday, June 5th through Friday, August 18th, 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.  La Habra Active Day Camp offers breakfast, lunch, and two snacks throughout the day.  Weekly activities include art lessons, movie days, water days, academic enrichment, arts & crafts, fun fitness, guest speakers, cooking lessons, nutrition & health classes sponsored by the Department of Education & IHA, pool days, excursions, assemblies, walking excursions, and more.  Your child will be supervised by experienced, CPR/First Aid certified, responsible and nurturing staff.  The ratio of staff to campers is 8 to 1.  The cost to attend is $180 per week.  There is a $15 per week discount per child for those who live or work in La Habra, and there is also a discount for additional siblings, beginning with the second child.  There is a $25 per child registration fee, which includes a camp t-shirt to be worn on offsite excursions.  For more information or to register, please visit the Community Center at 101 W.
