Vista Walk - 251-351 W. Imperial Hwy.

A 117-unit multi-family residential project with twelve units (10%) restricted to moderate-income families is being constructed. The project site is west of the intersection of Imperial Highway and Euclid Street. Project is expected to be completed in 2024.

Cypress Street Condominiums

Construction is underway for 16 condominium townhome units at 331-351 South Cypress Street. The project includes a common open space area with picnic tables and barbecue grills. Completion date is expected by Summer 2023.

Business Developments

Dutch Bros. Coffee

A 950 square foot Dutch Bros. Coffee will be constructed near the south west corner of Lambert Rd and Beach Blvd. Dutch Bros. Coffee, known for its upbeat “broistas” and genuine-caring service, is a growing drivethrough coffee company with more than 550 locations in eleven states and over 12,000 employees. Along with hot and cold brewed coffee drinks, the menu includes a variety of Dutch Bros Blue Rebel energy drinks, cocoa,
lemonade, soda, smoothies and tea options. Packaged food items such as muffin tops and granola bars
are also part of the menu.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - 1201 W. Imperial Hwy.

A new drive-through Krispy Kreme Doughnuts will be constructed on the site previously occupied by Banc of California. It will be part of an integrated shopping center, La Habra Marketplace, located on the north side of Imperial Highway between Beach Boulevard and Idaho Street. The drive-through restaurant will operate 24 hours a day, and the interior dining area will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. The restaurant will include approximately 50 employees total, with 10 to 15 employees working per shift. The restaurant will sell doughnuts, ice cream and hot and iced coffee to dine-in and drive-through customers. In addition, the restaurant will sell and deliver their products to grocery stores, convenience stores, motels, hotels and other businesses.
