Roy Ramsland has served the City of La Habra in many capacities within the Community Development Department for the last 30 years, starting as a Planning Intern in 1985 and progressively moving up thru various positions and job duties until assuming the duties of Manager of the Planning Division in 1995. Roy was honored as the City of La Habra Employee of the year in 1993. Roy has an Associate of Arts Degree from Bakersfield College and Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona. Roy has also been a resident of La Habra for over 35 years and is active in many local non-profits organizations including serving as Chairman of HBIC and as President of the La Habra Host Lions Club. Roy was recognized by the La Habra Chamber of Commerce as Citizen of the year in 2009. In his spare time Roy enjoys traveling, golfing and watching sports.
